This part of lEG 60534 applies to the following control valves:
— types: segmented ball and eccentric rotary control valves with or without flanges;
— nominal sizes: DN2O up to and including DN400;
NOTE 1 See ISO 7005 and ISO 6708.
— designations: PN1O, PN16. PN2O, PN25. PN4O. PN5O. PN63, PNIOO and PN11O.
NOTE 2 See ISO 7005 and ISO 7268.
NOTE 3 Designations PN63 and PNIOO are not included In ISO 7005.
NOTE 4 Designations PN2O, PN5O and PN1 10 are not included in European Standard EN 1092,
NOTE 5 For the purposes of face-to-f ace dimensions, designation PN100 in EN 1092 corresponds to PN1IO.
NOTE 6 For the purposes of face-to-face dimensions, the following correlations apply
— PN2O covers Classes 125 and 150 In the ANSI system:
— PN5O covers Classes 250 and 300 in the ANSI system;
— PN1 10 covers Class 600 in the ANSI system.
Only raised face flanges are covered.
Specifically excluded from this standard are all valves having welded or threaded end connections.

3 Definitions
For the purposes of this part of IEC 60534. the definitions in the other parts of IEC 60534 apply with the addition of the following.
tiangeless control valve
control valve having no line flanges but intended to be installed by clamping between pipe flanges
4 Dimensions
Dimensions given In table 1 are the overall lengths of the listed valves. See figure 1 for a pictorial explanation of dimensions.
