11.11.104DV D2 Addition of 11.11.104DV.1 – 11.11.104DV.10 to the part 2:
11.11.104DV.1 After being subjected to the conditions described in 11.11.104DV.2 -11.11.104DV.4, a brass part containing more than 15 percent zinc shall show no evidenceof cracking when examined using 25X magnification.
11.11.104DV.2 Each test sample is to be subjected to the physical stresses normallyimposed on or within a part as the result of assembly with other components. Suchstresses are to be applied to the sample prior to and maintained during the test. Sampleswith threads, intended to be used for installing the product in the field, are to have thethreads engaged and tightened to the torque specified in Table 11.11.104DV.2.1. Teflontape or pipe compound are not to be used on the threads.

11.11.104DV.6 An elastomeric part intended to be in contact with LP-Gas, manufacturedand natural gases, fuel oils and kerosene or gasoline shall be in accordance with therequirements for the lmmersion Test in the Standard for Gaskets and Seals, UL 157.
11.11.104DV.7 A cut-out or limiter incorporating a transformer, relay, or the like shall besupplied by a one-side grounded system with a voltage rating not exceeding 120 voltsnominal. A switch or protective device shall be connected in the ungrounded supplyconductor circuit.
