1.1 Scope. This standard NFPA 1300-2020 shall have primary responsibility for requirements on the process to conduct a community risk assessment(CRA)and to develop, implement, and evaluate a community risk reduction(CRR)plan.
1.1. 1 Conducting a CRA and developing a CRR plan involve a community as defined by the authority having jurisdiction(AHJ).
