4 Exposure limits
The mobile phone shall comply with the basic restriction as specified In Council Recommendation
199915191EC on the limitation of exposure at the general public to electromagnetic fields (0 Hz to
300 GHz), annex II.

5 Measurement method
SAR measurements shaM be performed according to EN 50361
6 Evaluation of compliance to limits
If the average power emitted by the mobile phone is less than or equal to 20 mW, then the mobile phone is deemed to comply with the basic restrictions without testing.
lithe average power emitted by the mobile phone is more than 20 mW. then SAR measurements shall be performed according to clause 5. The results of measurements shall be compared directly to the limit. The equipment Is deemed to fulfil the requirements of this standard If the measured values are less than or equal to the limit.
