Scope
This PAS specifies common management system requirements and isintended to be used as a framework for implementing two or moremanagement system standards/specifications in an integrated way. Itdraws together the common requirements in management systemstandards/specifications.
Although it is primarily intended to be used in combination withmanagement system standards/specifications such as ISO 9001ISO 14001.ISO/IEC 27001,ISO 22000,ISO/IEC 20000 and/orOHSAS 18001 it can also be used with other national and internationalmanagement system standards/specifications.
It applies to all sizes and types of organization.
It is not intended for organizations that have based their managementsystem upon a single standard/specification except as preparation forthe adoption of additional systems or standards
Commpliance with this PAS does not ensure compliance with anyother management system standards/specifications.
Normative references
Only the standards/specifications that the organization subscribes toand that it wants to use in combination with this PAS apply as normativereferences.Those listed below are examples of standards/specificationsthat may be combined with the use of this PAS but other national andinternational managment system standards/specifications may beconsidered as appropriate to the organization’s needs.
